Well that was grim ... Rodgers has now twice been done in the the same, simple way by Clarke. By the way, did anybody else feel that Gerrard was simply exhausted by the 10th minute and was glancing at the bench for relief? I thought he and Henderson provided no thrust, no invention and virtually no protection for the defenders who, by the way, were all woeful.
