Rumours seem to suggest a similar line-up, too.

Liverpool team to play Swansea: Reina, Johnson, Enrique, Agger, Carragher, Lucas, Gerrard, Coutinho, Downing, Sturridge, Suarez

Henderson isn't fit to start apparently

Oh? So why is he even on the bench?

A good attacking line-up, though; but, as is now so obvious, it's the defending that will decide this for us.

Maybe br thinks he can get 30 from Henderson if needed but not 60 as a starter?

Maybe. I can't see how an unfit player is a reasonable option off the bench. But then I claim to see many things that others are seeing ...

I have no idea how Coutinho will work out but I am intrigued to find out :)

Look no further than Sturridge against Manu - only played 45 mins because he wasn't fully fit. But was a great option off the bench.

Same here. By some accounts, he was great coming off the line for Espanyol.

Apart from how we address defensive frailties, will also depend on our taking the chances we create.

EDIT: No Williams, Chico, Dyer or Michu for Swansea:eek:

Swansea has definitely not put out their strongest team.

I'm hoping this is not one of those situations where we make visiting fringe players into stars.

We'll this will REALLY be a blow if we lose when they're not even playing their strongest players.

So, this means Coutinho is going to be the 10? Or Suarez?

I think it will be Suarez.

I think we win easy, 2-0/3-1. Sturridge makes us so much better.

I think we may have set a record for the most skied shots in the first 20 minutes. I mean these aren't even close.

20 minutes in, we still look frustrated from a really bad week.

Shechter played for Kaiserslautern before they were relegated last season.

Awkward but well-officiated play, Webb gave the advantage because it appeared a tap in for Coutinho, as it shoulda been. Then when Countinho somehow missed that and it went out of play, we wasted our advantage. It was actually brilliant reffing.

I didn't see him actually signal advantage, though.

Enrique has been the best playr on the pitch. Every one of his long balls have been class.
