lot more playing time in a second division, in europe u get certain things of class you wont get in latin america, which in turn makes a player better, and besides, Carlos Will deserves a spot and so does the china man over him, he hasnt played at all, and even in mexico who knows how much they will play him.
Costly is a threat in the air, and he could decent on middle european leagues. Carlos Will is a good player but he doesnt bring anything new to the table that we would need in the national squad. Also I dont think he would make any impact outside of Honduras

i dont want him in mexico, like i said they treated Pavon bad when he played there. I rather have him in europe even if its a small team
Mexico 1st Division > Polish league Some Mexico 1a > many Polish league teams (These include Leon, Tijuana, and Queretaro) But Costly really is too much for Mexico's 1a. He'd be better suited at Puebla if had had to chose b/w Leon and Puebla. Costly however has enough skill to play at Mexico's bigger teams however these teams are already chock-full of extranjeros.
