If that's true, the Rockefellers or Gates soon will have a new member of the family :D

    LOL

Didn't know there was already a cure for cancer. And who's Dennis Ritchie?

Look him up Pipiolo. There is a wealth of material.

Regarding these drugs they are not a magic bullet. There is no one way of treating all cancers because they all have different etiologies so the targets may be the way signals are transduced in a cell, direct DNA damage through environmental causes of failures in certain tumour suppressing genes.

But these drugs meant many tumours were kept from growing rapidly and reaching the point of metastasis and allowing for surgical removal.

Just for fun and to mess up Time magazine, I voted for Messi. It would be cool if he gets the most votes. The typical American Time reader will go "who the hell is that?". :D

Actually, he's getting a lot of votes. And hey, as far as I'm concerned La Pulga is as good a candidate as just about anybody in that list, and much better than most. Come to think of it, I might go back to vote for him again tomorrow.

Last I checked, Lionel Messi is in second place for Time's Person of the Year, behind the Prime Minister of Turkey.

Makes me wonder, how many goals did the Prime Minister of Turkey score? :D

Exactly, I mean it's a nice goal but he just skips past them as it looks like he is on skates.

Personally for me, the best goals Messi has scored for us, has been against Colombia the 2010 WCQ, against Mexico in the Copa, and I guess against vs Brazil, but that was a friendly.

My favorite. Who knew, Messi peaked for us when he was 19  :D.

He created the C programming language and the UNIX operating system. These things are the backbones of modern digital electronics, computer science, and networking. Entire industries in consumers electronics, internet, avionics, and really anything to do with digital electronics and computer science is built on the mountain of work by Dennis Ritchie.

No sign of the Marca headlines......:D

Pele the idiot has once again stated that Leo needs to score one thousand goals to be really regarded as better than him.

This despite several Brazilians being better than Pele and others from across the world topped by a certain Diego.

Every time the fool opens his mouth he becomes and even bigger laughing stock than before.

A pity the Doutor had to pass away instead of this bitter twisted mouthpiece of FIFA.

    As Diego so succintly said:

"This is maybe due to old age affecting his thought processes.
You can't blame the guy, he hasn't been doing anything for the past twenty years. I haven't even seen him in a supermarket. I don't know what he does. Usually when you see him these days, it's only at award ceremonies next to the president of Fifa and looking like a doll that's being
moved by remote control. His comments come as no surprise."

:D Rooney's favourite player of all time is Diego by the way.

Tres golazos de Messi hoy. Uno de cabeza y dos para la antología.

Its a shame that its the green color of envy that is shinning in Pele's eyes, not the golden yellow. It's obvious that he hated Diego out of jealousy and now Pele trashes/or belittles Messi's accomplishments b/c of jealousy. Pele can say all he wants, Messi just keeps doing his thing.

Also, if Pele keeps bringing up his "1,200 goal" bullshit, someone should start doing some digging and reveal how many of those goals were in real games, how many were exhibitions and even practices. Romario himself has said to the fact.

You never hear Diego trash players the way Pele does.

It says the video is un-available in your country. So here's the Ray Hudson version, for those who like the guy. :D

"They tell me that all men are equal in Gods eyes. This player makes you seriously think about those words." Hahaha.

    Pele can suck on that.
