The launch of a new season will begin with a face-off between Morelia & Cruz Azul. This latest edition of the Mexican league tourney will have many teams with a fresh start with new aspirations and higher expectations. Fans are hoping to witness their team's preparation, determination, hard work, and a little bit of luck on their side will pay off throughout and end of the season by holding the trophy of a successful tournament run. The first time & reigning champs, Xolos, will try to defend their title, though it's going to be a tough road ahead to accomplish a repeat. And like any other tournament the title is up for grabs for any hungry team wanting to make their mark and go down in history as crowned champs of La Liga MX. It's going to be interesting to see how the season goes down, and we'll see who will be this season's champion.

I was able to catch some live highlights during the game, and the score totaled to 6 goals and half of those goals were evenly split up between both teams...not a bad way to start for the league off.
