Thing is the Cosmos really don't need Red Bull or NYCFC to get publicity or attention, they already do that on their own merits. I am not necessarily against the idea, i just think that due to the USOC we will all get plenty of meaningful matches against each other for the foreseeable future. That should be the focus. I also am against doing anything like this during the season. We all have league and cup commitments that take priority. If its preseason then maybe, but not all the teams are in preseason at same time.
