One thing that's kinda been bugging me.

Potential jurors are being tossed off the trial because they say they cannot trust anyone intimately involved with Bush/Cheney.

I understand that prejudiced people should not be in a jury, but....

    C'mon.

Any sane and intelligent person has by now realized that Bushco lies and bullshits. That's why Bushco is closing towards single-digit approval ratings.

But now that a trail has to look at whether Bushco minions lie....anyone who reads a paper and has a few braincells - is not allowed on the jury.

So...considering that about 10% of the population actually believes anything said by Bush hatchetmen - is this truly a fair trial? I mean, anyone that has any brains at all is being tossed off the jury.

This ain't a jury of peers - its a jury of imbeciles and clueless people, ain't it?

In our Consitution, we are promised a fair trial by a jury consisting of people who don't read newspapers. Look it up.
