Why do you think I didn't give a date that I'd have it done by? ;)

Of course pictures would follow... if it happens.

    Thanks everybody for the welcome.

I'm hoping Barca acquires Buonanotte from River Plate over the summer. :D

Heh, I've given more and more thought to getting a Barça tattoo myself. I love tat's, but I'm really skittish about getting one. I think a "bad ass" tattoo would be a little hard to explain though. I can't decide if that's something I'd mention beforehand, or work into a strip tease reveal. ;)

Hey, nice to see you around... been a while.

Yes, it's been way too long. Maybe I even need to re-introduce myself. :D

I know it was a couple weeks ago, but in the spirit of "better late than never", happy birthday!

I'm gonna get stick for this, but I always liked Barca with Cruyff...etc.
But then I also loved Real Madrid with thier beautiful play.

So, not sure which side to pick, both clubs play beautiful football

Supporting Barcelona comes immediately from the heart. None of this "eeny-meeny-miny-moe" crap.
So if you're not sure, go with Real Madrid. All of their supporters are just as confused so you'll fit right in.

You can't stop posting in this forum, after the havoc you wrought in the Rivalry thread that led it to be temporarily closed? And in this thread, no less, which is devoted to cules getting to know each other (as the title might suggest ).

BTW: here are global banana production and banana consumption stats. Bottom line: most bananas are grown in Latin America and eaten in developed countries (US, EU, Canada, Japan). It's got nothing to do with "East Africa." Case closed.

    So, GTFO. [IMG]

(And don't you dare reply, especially in this thread. The subject is over. Mods, enforce accordingly.)

You sound like the kind of son-in-law any Catalan mother would be proud to have. :p

Agreed. I have been a fan since I saw them play vs Manchester United in Philadelphia in 2003. I did not know much about European football so initially I just liked their style of play and the Dutch connection, due to my own Dutch heritage, but the more I learned about the club strengthened my support for various ideological reasons.

I'm more of a racquetball guy myself, something about being able to smash the crap out of a ball and still have it be in play no matter what is fun. In tennis I always hated that you had to have good form on your swing or you'll be hitting "home runs." Haven't played RB in years though.
