Carasso is leaving the squad with a hamstring injury. Hopefully 2 keepers will be enough. Usually 1 is enough.

    What ?

We need to pray Lloris doesn't get injured because Mandanda isn't as solid .

if it works then so what, but i dont think it will. i think ribery should play on the right wing instead of govou, not in the playmaker role.

Yeah , I'm not sure about Ribery playing the #10 role , I think he'll be more effective on the right .

Though atleast Malouda will finally play in his natural position , it's a crime he wasn't considered for the 1st match since he's probably our most inform player .

Also it's good to see Ruffier come in for Carrasso , very promising goalkepper . Will be a nice experience for him .

more reports that Gourcuff is going to be dropped tomorrow.

you know who could have played that #10 role pretty well though?

    Nasri.

And at least Ribery could have replaced Govou on the right.

But no. Domenech thinks its wiser to keep the 2 most underperforming players at their positions, from the looks of it.

Sigh. I'm really frustrated. I don't see how a player like Gourcuff can be dumped while Govou and Anelka keep their spot. I saw Gourcuff create twice what those 2 could do. Completely ridiculous!! If Domenech only knew how to utilize Yoann. Thank God, Blanc will know how to best utilize the talent in him.

    no argument there.

Lets just be happy that no matter what happens in this WC , whenever it ends for us Domenech will be gone .

    It's a win win situation we have ! :D

Following any kind of media is going to be such a pain in the ass for a few days. Unless the magnitude of such an embarrassment actually clears the air.Hmm, knowing the French journalists, I doubt it...

Robert Pirès " Crap coach = crap team " He said this after the game last night ..

This is what Pirès said last year ...

It's just amazing to how former players have the same opinion of Domenech , and they should really know since they played under him .

    The F.F.F is a huge failure .

Hey guys, want to ask you a question regarding Yoann Gourcuff.

Is it true that he isn't well liked in the locker room? From the articles I've read,he eats alone and the only friends he has are his team mates from his club team Bordeaux.

How dead does Domenech look ?

    He was asked how he'll motivate the players , he said " I don't know " .

Worst team of all time ?

Gourcuff is probably the most talented player we have. The trouble is, there is a bunch of players who decided to treat him like crap. As i said before, it's easy to make someone look disabled in football... Don't run for his passes, don't talk to him, never pass him the ball.

Now this bunch of players is going to recieve their payback, Anelka first, Ribery second i hope.

what initiated this? I thought they were united against Domenech and not each other.

just saw on espn that Nicolas Anelka has been dismissed from the team for arguing with the manager during halftime last game against mexico...things appear to be really going south right now.
This whole competition has been so mismanaged it is crazy.
