1 = 18.9 I will let you guess which one is the Lempira for future reference, I think this website is accurate: http://www.xe.com/ucc/full/ (not sure this needed its own thread)
Thanks!^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ so whos has been to Honduras in this past year and lives in the USA? My question is: How much is a 12oz Coke can in Honduras and a two liter Coke bottle? ( I want to compare differences)
i went during the summer and a 12oz(is it the same as 0.5L?)plastic bottle cost 10-11 depending on the pulperia and 2liter is like 21 i think. i usually bought the glass bottles which brings a little less and they only cost around 7-8.but you get it in a bag. if you are interested the chips are mad expensive like for a zambo or chicharrones its 4-5
so let me get this straight a 2liter is 22 lempiras right and we know that 19 lempiras makes a US dollar, then when I buy a 2liter here in US for two dollars am paying double if i were to be in Honduras? damn....
lol if you have relatives thats own un pulperia then you shouldn't be complaining. charramuscas on deck!!!
Who needs wal-mart, Pulperias are so awesome, i remember how some would have arcade games back in the day. GREAT STUFF!!
my cousin owned one. i'd be there chillin, eatin some charramuskas and watching television lol. i'd actually work there sometimes to, to just help around.
idk if thats the correct spelling. but thats how it sounds lol. its like an icy but in a bag. you tie the bag up and theres a small bag of flavored icy. like a snowball, but in a plastic clear bag, and you bite the bottom corner to eat it.
I also remember the WC album, the pepsi ones hahahaha, or after playing a potra going by the pulperia to buy some zambos and a coke in one of those glass bottles!
Damn! I remember that! i did that the whole summer. even tho things are cheaper over there, ur money disappears so fast! i call them that too. the best ones are coco and tamarindo.
topollillos. something like that. yea thats what they're also called. they gots alot of names for them. but im used to calling them charramuskas.
