They're better than Bolton and at least a developing team so I'll have to disagree with you. They might be missing decent forwards but they clearly have an eye to improve the quality of their football, for example buying Charlie Adam who unfortunately hasn't really come good.

A great run with the team and LCY could easily be going better places in a season or two.

How is stoke a developing team? They've had the same manager forever and they look identical the rare times I punish myself watching them play.

The question is, should this rumor be substantiated, can LCY still show his worth in the top flight football?

LCY would probably have an easier time in the PL than the Championship.

The positive is that he wouldn't have to face off against one of the rougher pl sides.

At least we know some teams still would take LCY for $8 million pounds. I know that's not too much for some people but I think that's a pretty good amount

Lee CY's dad says offers from a few EPL clubs. Problem was Bolton's price. Now Stoke ready to pay 8m, he's unsure what will happen.

What is with KPA's dads talking to the media? They need to learn to STFU.

Do I believe what Duerden says? yes because he's usually pretty accurate. If you don't believe EVERYTHING that journalism says then WTF do YOU believe?

I'm shaking in my boots at the thought of following stoke as this seems to gain credibility. Out of the frying pan and into the oven.

tbf, their discussion seems mostly civil. I actually agree that 8m is too steep for LCY at this time and wish Bolton would let him go for cheaper.

I remember listening to UK's 606 football call-in, and one of the top calls I remember was from a Stoke city fan tired of the way they play for how boring it is. I do agree that I'd rather see Lee in ANY other side in the EPL.

If he went to Stoke, he's probably replacing Pennant. I've seen him play a couple of times. His pace and runs on the counter were pretty impressive.

No, that's too much for him. No way. I hope so, but not happening, unfortunately.

Do you you guys think he can choose from 17 EPL clubs? If 3-4 clubs is interested he should consider. Or stay at Bolton and fck around in the Championship a couple of years. Stoke or Bolton? Clear choice.
