Last month from the stands in C-bus I got first hand experience of the impossibility to hit and hang on every note that the lead anthem singer did. As we sang the anthem in Crew Stadium I could hear the echo of half the crowd out of rhythm and I, like everyone else that heard it, could do nothing about it. So glad we went with the instrumental version last night. It gives a wider birth allowing a choir of 25K people to sing in unison and set the tempo. I can fault the fans no more.
