I've started a thread in the FPL All Rocks Forum that reports the results and progress of All Rocks teams in this year's FPL Cup where our drafted teams go up against open teams. The purpose of the thread is to determine the Last All Rocks Team Standing. One year the last team standing lasted into Round 7. Usually we all lose by Round 4. We've had a few to Round 5 and maybe 1 to Round 6. Showing the challenge of having Drafted Teams go up against open teams, All Rocks had 14 of 17 Round 1 matches as the underdog. For the 11 Matches in Round 2, the All Rocks Team is the underdog for 6 of the matches, the favorite for 4 of the matches, and one match is against someone's open team that started GW 13.

Is that new for this season? I thought it was on seasonal rank and the cut off line was around the 2,000,000 mark
apparently new, I was surprised when I read the rules; "The top 2,097,152 scorers in Gameweek 17 will enter the first round. If there are more than 2,097,152 qualifiers then there will be a random draw amongst the lowest scorers to see who qualifies" I am pretty sure it was seasonal the last couple years, not that it would have mattered with half my players getting crocked of late, but it seems a bit unfair, I am barely in Top half for season, but if a guy in the Top 10 all year has one bad week, and can't make the Cup seems silly, though I guess one bad week puts you out anyway, so GW 17 is like a Round 1 exit. (my Free team went out 2nd week)
Re the seasonal thing, It's always been that way. That's why we've come up against teams that start in later GW's like GW 13 or even later.
