Hey guys, I figured I'd give this a shot, did anybody ever get together and go no a trip to see a FC Gold Pride game? I don't know many home games they have left but I was considering the idea of trying to travel to Nor Cal during the summer in August and catching maybe a FC Gold Pride game. I just need to figure out room accommodations and if there was already a car pool or van pool going up if I can chip in and join the ride? I'm sure SOL people have gone on their own time me included, but just curious what the SOL fans have been doing to get their game soccer fix, I haven't gone to LA Galaxy games this year, mainly feeling too bitter about SOL.
Sisterluck We all got together and went to the FC GP first game of the season. It was an amazing experience. All the players from the SOL felt so bad. They ignored all the other screaming fans and just came and hung out with us. Marta even came back afterwards just to thank us. Lets plan one more trip. How about Aug 7th or I know Leyla will be there in Sep.
I don't know anybodies schedules but I have free time most of the summer. If they have home-games in early September I can do that as well or if they have their championship game there that would be nice to go to that LOL I Just don't know how many SOL players will be available. I guess it would be nice to go to a game when the SOL players are all there. But I'm putting the idea out there again so who knows
there is a game on 9.11 vs. philadelphia. it is the #1 v #2 teams so it could be a preview of the championship (on the site, since Gold Pride is also going to host)
