5 mins of extra time ... could the bias towards ManU be any more obvious in the EPL

    It's a travesty ...

    City 1 x 0

Improbable comeback. Now watch them drop points at Newcastle.

MCFC for the win. Need a big win in Newcastle but it is there's to lose if they win out.

I can't remember there being any stoppages to injuries at all. No time-wasting whatsoever either. The 5 minutes of stoppage time was just absurd!

It's really shameful. I am surprised there wasn't 5 more minutes given after Hart got injured in the 4th minute of stoppage time.

Every time I watch the big EPL game in hope to see some good football, I get disappointed. The quality of their game is soo poor that it's not even funny. The goals mostly comes from set pieces and there is constant mispassing and hoofing the ball. After all this nonsense of 90 minutes, they all claim it to be the best league in the world.

Great defense by Man City though. Man United didn't get a sniff that whole second-half! If you're Barca, you sure don't want to draw City in the CL next season. I could totally see how that would go.

The worst Clasicos were better than that crap. I stopped watching after the 1st half. Btw here's some reactions from idiot soccer haters on twitter regarding ESPN putting the game on the flagship network:

to be fair to them I feel the same when crap american sports are on

Baseball...has to be the single most boring sport on earth barely below cricket
American Football...kinda sad their players cant play offense and defense

basketball is ok, but only like the last 5 minutes if the game is close

I don't watch any American sports and don't care about it either but the term "soccer" makes me feel sick.

Americans play a sport where it is ok to use your hand and run full length of the pitch holding the ball on your hand and use your feet once in a while and that sports is called FOOTBALL.

Whereas every other nation in the world plays a game where it is a foul to use your hand to control the ball and mostly the players use their feet to control, shoot and pass the ball but in is called SOCCER.

If it was up to me I would change the name of this site as well. What about Bigfootball.com? Lol

Lol, made me laugh those comments. Specially this one: "this is America and we speak American". If such knowledge "men" hates football then there must be something wrong in our game.:D

The 5 mins of stoppage time are pretty standard when Man Utd need a goal, usually Red Nose will tell the ref how long he should add on.

Rooney actually seemed to think he was the ref during the match, doesn't he know that is Red Nose's job. :D

Red Nose's behaviour reminds me of those old people you see at a Post Office queue moaning about everything and anything under the sun.:D

Only problem is that the term Soccer was coined in England.

Yeah, they were a new team with zero experience. Even stars like Aguero and Kompany don't have much CL experience.

I thought Man City were still a year away from being a force but they seem to be gelling already. The secret is obviously to get rid of Balotelli. :p

Also the fact that Barca has to play guys like Mascherano & Busquets in central defense, while City bought Kompany for £10 million kind of highlights how clueless Barca have been in the transfer market.

Funny thing is it was down as LPB were cementing the league. :p

    Welcome to the 'New-look' Bigsoccer!

It seems like the Málaga Match thread has disappeared...

Should we change this thread's title to 'No saben ganar'?
