Not sure if anyone posted this before (it's from November), but apparently Barcelona opened a school in Seoul:

    i don't think it's been posted but it's been a long time.

    So currently:
Paik's recent goal scoring has ended with a 4-1 loss last Saturday.
The Barca forum people (who apparently watch youth games all the time) say Paik has adapted well to Spain and playing for Barca (they attribute this to his recent goals). They also say the Cadete B team is extremely strong in midfield, but lacks a solid defense.

Lee started but Jang came on as a sub in a 6-0 victory.
Lee, in addition, is the team's top scorer with 17 goals. He is their established first choice #9. Jang still playing as a winger.

La Masia is almost entirely home grown players but they have twenty something Cameroonians (thanks to Eto'o), six Argentinians, and three Koreans. We have the third largest number of foreign youth players at Barca...

Was very confused there between the prior post of the facebook pic of someone who is clearly way older than the kid in the video.

Oh wow! He was my favorite kid on shootdori! It's like watching my own kid all grown up! 6-8 years from now and we'll see what becomes of these kids. Could be an exciting time ahead.

Damn, a Mundo Deportivo article focuses on Paik Seung Ho, describing him as "one of the most prominent players in Cadete B"

    http://www.mundodeportivo.com/20120...rcelona-barca-corea-seung-ho_54259104679.html

I have been correct about his position the whole time. Before joining Barca he played striker but now plays "interior derecho" - right midfield (in spanish, the positions Xavi / Iniesta occupy in the Barca lineup is referred to as "interior", and Xavi and Iniesta are referred to as "interiores").

Yahoo Korea reports on it too (they got the translation correct; they sure didn't use google translate lol)
On another note Lee Seung Woo has freaking 26 goals in 17 games now (Matchday 22 was today but I do not have data for matchdays 17 - 21)

EDIT: hERe's 17 pictures of Paik in action!

After Cadate A, he has to go through Juvenil A and B then its Barcelona's B team (aka Reserve team). THEN MESSI status awaits him.
