What's bs? It's their first time participating as far as I can remember, and they are a bit of an unknown. It's just a guess, since it's up to the organisers to decide for themselves. It's not about what I think. Besides, I don't know enough about women's football to say for sure. If you are a keen follower of women's football, I'm sure you can tell me. All I know is that they were good enough to come second in Group A.
i dont know if this was their first time. but i meant to say that being your first time doesnt matter. i just wanted to highlight the fact that the grouping was unfair
Found a much more plausible reason. North Korea wasn't even invited to the cup to start with, and was only called in after the groups were set when Northern Ireland, which was grouped in Group C, pulled out of the tournament.
That's manageable draw for us. Nigeria is the only opponent that may cause us some trouble. Anything less than QF appearance would be a disappointment.

Our women's team played a practice match against Vietnam. We won 5-0. Goals: Park Eun-Seon, Park Hee-Young, Cho So-Hyun, Im Seon-Ju, Yeo Min-Ji
Problem is that the said Korean Messi will only play in the group rounds... Chelsea wants her back after that. We should have no problems getting out of the group, thus qualifying for the WC, but it might become difficult after that I think without JSY.
I won't lie, when I first heard the thing about people questioning her gender, I thought they were being inconsiderate. Then I watched the video and had a hard time accepting she was even a woman.
