They showed the Canada vs Korea friendly on the Sportsnet here last night, so I got to watch most of it... we lost 3-0 but as we all know, Canada is one of the better women's side in the world and it was an away game so it was a good experience I'm sure. The scoreline was a little harsh considering that we had quite a few good offensive moments as well, but we were denied every single time by spectacular saves by Cdn keeper Erin Mcleod... Ji SY could have had at least two goals if it wasn't for the excellent goalkeeping (she had an excellent FK and two powerful long range efforts saved). So offensively we did well enough, but were physically dominated thoughout the entire game and couldn't hold up defensively... Nonetheless, good effort and it was good to see our girls play on TV for once.
