Just an amateur opinion dude. Nothing to do with recognizability of the name. Playing for a champion does help and is more relevant than numbers. Bottom line is that Feilhaber is "better" based on limited viewing of both recently AND that he has proven he can play at a level higher than MLS, unlike Rowe. Again, I would have liked to see Rowe as well in this camp as he has potential. But I can't argue too much with Feilhaber and Mix in camp, both of whom I view as more realistic options. A year ago, my view might have been different.
Rowe is an attacking midfielder. Feilhaber is a sweet passing 8. Lee Nguyen plays the equivalent position of what Feilhaber does at SKC.
There is no reason that MB90 shouldn't be included in the roster now for the SK game. Makes it a much more high profile friendly to be sure.

Wow, maximum rep! And yeah, it's good that the US has open training--Let Brazil know that we are a friendly team open to fans from other countries. I know Feilhaber must be thrilled to be eating proper Brazilian food again.
Amazing story with Feilhaber. I can just imagine what must be going through his mind right now. US will do just fine in Brasil despite the incredible logistical problems facing them. I predict an advance to the round of 16, followed with a win in PK's against Belgium, and a proud exit vs. Argentina in the quarters.
And the security is absolutely unbelievable. open training if you can manage to get through the Brasilian Military Police and an entourage of FBI agents.
Pass the Dutchie pon the lef hand side Pass the Dutchie pon the lef hand side It a gonna burn, give me music make me jump and prance It a go done, give me the music make me rock in the dance
Wonder if Jürgen is training them in German. In the last pic, I could swear he's shouting "schnell!" German works very well with dogs, for some reason: Lauf! Halt! Sitz!
