I'm just going to take the initiative to start this thing off. Kickoff Meeting Saturday, March 5th at 1pm Brewhouse Cafe 401 Moreland Avenue Northeast Atlanta, GA 30307 Discussion Points: - Introduction of members - Marketing Ideas - Strategy for bringing MLS to Atlanta - BOSS and the Silverbacks - Gear and Scarves - Membership Drive / Event - Discussion points and plan of action for next meeting - Roles and responsibilities - Website update and upkeep - Membership dues Everyone please contribute as to what else should be discussed. Please keep in mind that this is the first meeting so lets not overcrowd ourselves with things we should cover, we can get to the deep points in the next meeting. I think we should make this a monthly thing so we can keep the momentum going. Ideas anyone? (besides changing the date, if you cant make it on that Saturday, I'm sorry, but we cant keep changing. Even if its only 4 of us again thats a start)
I AM THERE!!!! I think that is a very good agenda for the first meeting. Maybe can talk about ideas to spread the word at the MLS games up at KSU that next weekend.
I don't understand what you mean. You were the first to arbitrarily choose a date and no one changed it. Anyway, wish I could make it, but I don't do Saturday days.
i said that because i dont want this to go off topic where people start saying they cant make because of so and so excuse. things will just get pushed back further and further. i didnt mean it in a rude way. if u dont mind me asking, what does i dont do saturdays mean? does it mean because its saturday you want to be doing something or do u have other responsibilities on saturdays? just so i can keep it in mind, what days work for you because i want to come to happy medium with everyone on these meetings. again not being rude just trying to work things out
We need to come up with a way to identify who at the brewhouse is there for the meetting. Maybe tape a flyer to the table or have some people show up with soccer scarves to let the people know where we are at the brewhouse.

It's all good, and I really appreciate the initiative . Basically, being Jewish, Saturday is my day of rest so I'm either at synagogue or home during the day.
Just a reminder that next Saturday, March 5th, at 1:00pm some of us are going to get together to meet and greet and talk about ways to raise awareness of the group. Hope to see as many of you there as possible!
i have my daughter on the weekends so i will not be coming to a bar with her. but i really hope yall have a great turn out and i can try and post flyers around Athens or whatever if needed.
For the meeting at the Brewhouse tomorrow, where do we want to set up? I think that out on the covered patio portion would work best since everyone will come past there and can see us. If you set up inside thought you should let us know in advance so we know where to look for the table with the flyers. I hope to see as many of you there tomorrow as possible.
hey guys, i know i set up the meeting and i wasnt able to make it. i got into an accident this morning. im fine, car not so much. how did it go? how many people showed up?
And you would be right. I showed up, but saw no flyers or group of people taking about MLS in Atlanta so I just went in and watched some games in the bar area.
