Thanks Hydro. We do plan on having more Regional Roundup shows in the future as there are lots of people in the area that our co-hosts know who have interesting Houston soccer stories. The cool thing about the lower level clubs is that you get to hear their passion and they aren't as refined as the upper level clubs. Brendan was actually coaching a game while he was on the air with us More to come for sure and with the move to our 10 AM time slot, hopefully that'll help our audience.
That will still happen but based on circumstances we initially postponed it where we had JY pencilled in, then his circumstances changed which meant we postponed it again but it will be more relevant when we do have it this season.
Another suggestion, if you take suggestions: Get specialists or correspondents to call in. Just a guy (or girl) with an english accent to call and talk about EPL or European soccer, and another one to talk about central american futbol, then another to give an update on south american futebol.

Enjoyed it again, Ray. It's sort of like having some friends over on Sunday morning to talk to me about soccer. Only I don't have to get dressed.
yeah, I met Dan in Chicago at the AO pregame bar in 2009. First at the Chicago Fire game as we took the AO bus from Small Bar, and then at the post game bar after the US vs Honduras game. Always seems to be around on US trips and he made it to MLS Cup 2012 too. He has a great website too if anyone is interested http://www.thefreebeermovement.com/

Still enjoying this show. It is definitely a much better format to have several people talking instead of a single boring guy conducting the show. Hope these comments help: I never plan to listen to the live show, that's what my ipod is for. Except that...I don't have very good ipod skills, so it's a pain in the neck to upload several different 10-min segments, I wish it was all in a single file, and preferably updated automatically via itunes. It didn't help me that some files may have been mislabeled last week, see here: http://www.1560thegame.com/category/soccer-show/ It would be great if you can invite somebody who presents a very different point of view, this can promote some interesting controversy. Kind of like the conversations between JuveChelsea vs others here in BS (unfortunately they got derailed quite easily, but the exchange of ideas was often interesting). An opposing point of view would be good, either reading emails, or better yet, inviting controversial guests. I guess I got tired of PR journalists who can't write or say any criticism against the Dynamo. Keep up the good work.
Finally had a chance to listen today. the lady from Keeper Notes know her stuff, puts the other ones to shame. Got a giggle from them thinking they can beat Mexico because the beat them on a previous.....Friendly.. hehe heheehe hahahahahahahaaaa !!! Keep them chins up....Oh Canada.. hahahahahaaahahaha !! I was about to call in for that but then they'll claim I'm a media whore. like they're not. auahahaa...I kill myself sometimes

It's Regional Roundup Show Time again. Today we will have Paul Dalglish on to talk about his progress with the resurrected Austin Aztex in the PDL. Some updates from San Antonio prior to their first ever Home Game and updates on other Regional Teams and News. Of course we will talk about the end of the early season Dynamo Hiatus and the game against the Fire.
Great show. It's cool to listen and realize I'm not the only one that thinks like I do. Sometimes on BS I start to wonder.
