Like Sarajevo doesn't have trash!! Like I said mostar and bihać rang higher on my list...and now a days Sarajevo is filled with people that claim to be from Sarajevo yet došli su iz naj gore vukojebine! @plavo you are biased since you're from Sarajevo BTW ask your dentist to prescribe you valium, tell him you are nervous and need something to calm you down
I get that Sarajevo's amazing, but Rome is also great. This is thousands of years old: The Roman empire stuff is fascinating. It's amazing how people thousands of years ago could be so sophisticated and well ahead of a lot of civilization during the 1400-1600s.
I've been to Rome. The history is amazing, its a beautiful city, but God damn, it is absolutely filthy. Trash everywhere. I didn't say Sarajevo didn't have its fair share, but its just my personal preference. I'm Bosnian so of course its subjective. And I don't judge when people say they're from Sarajevo and they're not.
I do judge, i'll be honest! Why the fuck would you say you're from somewhere when you're not?? Almost every Bosnian I meet in the US says that they're from Sarajevo...shit I guess the whole bosnian population is from Sarajevo
I get it. When talking to Americans, Sarajevo is quintessentially Bosnian and people have actually heard of it.
Vitez is right though. Whenever an american asks me from I usually just tell them I was raised in Sarajevo. Now my birth place they cant even say the name of so I dont even bother
I'm not even really from Sarajevo if you want to get technical, I was born there and I lived there the first year of my life...but the war started and my family moved to my grandmothers in a selo near Zavidovici where it was safer. My mom was born and raised in Sarajevo though.
I am from the isvor of the pliva river from a village called dragic, but I was born in jajce, get on my level #notfromsarajevobutistillloveit
Mine is quite opposite Was born in Bratunac where I lived there three days. After the war broke out we stayed in Srebrenica for the two years, then moved to Jesenica for five months, then moved to Sarajevo for three years and then lived in Croatia for five months. Uhhh...lol
