Its posts like this one that lead me to the conclusion that Romanista's are more delusional than the shit from Napoli. The goal is nowhere close to offside. Enjoy the tinfoil hat conspiracy though if it makes you feel better about life.

No. It's definitely been a correct goal! You'd better blame your guys for not marking Bonucci inside the 5m box (simply pathetic defending)...

And De Rossi's action against Chiellini was a huge disgrace (could have easily broken his leg).

Ohh, I thought you meant wasn't he once part of Roma's system and that's why he's learned their whining ways so quickly.

Passive offsides, look it up, it'll help.

Oh and in regards to Strootman, the ball was already going out and he was running behind the man.

linesmen are Not supposed to raise the flag until the ball has touched a player. Its the player who touches the ball that they consider for offside, not whoever was on the path but didnt get to touch the ball. What you're referring to are the older rules, they changed it back in 2006 i believe....it doesnt matter who was offside, as long as the person touching the ball was not offside.

not quite how the rule goes daei. an exception to the offside rule, wherein play may continue if a player in an offside position makes no attempt to involve himself in the game at the moment an offside call would usually be made, and allows an onside player to win control of the ball instead

Great kick save by Buffon. Our defense looks lazy out there.

Marchisio in for Pirlo. To be fair, Pirlo has been average at best today.
