Milan have taken a real dip in class in the Allegri era.

In my view, today Abbiati and I are the best pair of goalkeepers in Italy. Maybe only Juventus with Gigi Buffon and Marco Storari have two figures of the same level as Milan.

Allegri is a provincial figure. He lacks everything a coach of a great club requires.
But there's not much sense getting a better coach until Silvio decides what he wants to make of things.
Allegri is a time-server and everyone knows it including himself.
A year from now he'll be at Palermo, or in some former Soviet country.

Sure but those aren't the guys that are supposed to be making crosses.

sure...but we are talking about the wingers....asamoah, isla, lich...they are ok crossers, not great. De Celige is better than all of them in that aspect but the other parts of his game suck, especially defense.

When was the last time Vucinic scored with his head? Or Quag?
I'm not saying Llorente can solve all our problems. He is the best player in the price range Marotta likes.

There is no such thing as free. Wages also have to be taken into account. Llorente would not exactly be cheap, but he wouldn't be asking for RVP money either.

Unless we get rid of half are strikers, I don't want Llorente here. I'm not sure he's much better than any of the guys we have. Then, if we bring him on, it's another big salary that would preclude us from spending the required money to get a real difference-maker.

Matri, Iaquinta and Bendtner will be gone before we sign Llorente. Count on it.

We can only hope. Iaquinta will be out of contract, so that's a given. We hopefully wont sign Bendtner. Matri moving is a possibility.

With Marotta running the ship it wouldn't shock me if both are given five year contracts.

didnt quags score with his head in CL? matri assisted...he's done it before too. anyway that should not be a criteria to sign a players...we had toni who is master at that still not being able to do it. We need a striker who is quick on his feet and can break thru....we congest the field cuz we attack and defend as a team...not many strikers can be successful in this formation. llorente is not that striker and like i said we dont send in good crosses anyway and if we do...the box is filled with 10+ players...the chances of llorente getting to it is like less than 10% even if we did send in decent crosses lol

I doubt that. Iaquinta makes a lot of money. He'll be allowed to walk this summer. However, I would not put it past Marrotta to try to sign Bendtner.

if we're gonna shop for striker in spain....i would only like Soldado, Higuain and Benzema....higuain and benzema wont be cheap, but i can see us being able to get soldado

I was joking. There is no way whatsoever that Iaquinta and Bendtner is on our roster next season. None.

I would rather sign Llorente for free than Soldado for €25m or whatever. Llorente is a massive improvement over what we currently have.
