Yes, clearly Cavani and Van Persie would not be able to fare better than Matri.

Its funny how we dont hear the striker argument when we win. Which is most of the time.

You must have misunderstood. Cavani is without any doubt worth the money.

What would be the point of that? That's like complaining about not gettin' any from your wife while you're actually gettin' it.

The fact that we have a positive goal differential is a red herring. If anything, it's indicative of the excellent possession play that we've maintained under Conte and a weakened Serie A. We only have a five point lead on Lazio FFS, hardy Barcelona or United. We clearly have a glaring weakness at the striker position. It's amazing to me that even Conte has acknowledged in the past that we were looking to bring in a top striker, yet some of you maintain we don't need one.

And who the hell do Barcelona and United have behind them? Those leagues are weaker still.

Blow up one stupid loss and it is the end of the world. Last year, it was all of the draws. Some here argued better to lose a few and win more. Guess what the team is doing so far.

Lazio wouldn't finish top 6 in either of those leagues. Or in Bundesliga for that matter.

Bah... they have Klose. I think he would score 30 goals for them in Bundesliga.

He's played 13 seasons in Bundesliga and scored more than 16 goals once. So don't bet on it.

its funny how people give in to the hype of the media. Serie A is not where it used to be some time ago but its still a competitive league. And even in its down time which is due to economy and lack of money thrown at it....they still put up good results.

I don't know. No matter what it was I don't see how it's relevant.

And? I still don't get it. Are you trying to say Ajax would win Premier League since they finished above Manchester City in their group?

and what exactly is your argument? cuz as of now your point makes no sense whatsoever. You have no data to back up....and on top of it you reject my detailed reasoning? LOL

I'm saying that there are six teams with more talent than Lazio in the English Premier League. Of course I can't prove that with any data. Then again you can't prove that Norwich wouldn't win Serie A.
    Your detailed reasoning is flawed.

I can prove it... Norwich doesn't play in Serie A, therefore they can never win Serie A.

I'm not even going to justify your initial paragraph with a response.

    The paragraph alone justifies itself.

Placing Serie A on par with the EPL or La Liga at this stage is delusional. Why the ******** do you people think we lost a Champions League place? Serie A has clearly fallen behind, as evidenced by the collective performance of our clubs in Europe which led to a lowered UEFA coefficient. This is a rational and logical method that proves we have become weaker.

In before biased pro-Serie A posts not based in logic or fact.
