Hey guys, my club ran out of juggling poatches and when we went back to buy more the online store was closed down. I can't seem to find them online anywhere else. Anyone else use these? If so, where are you buying them? Thanks. For note, I'm taking about any simple patches used for handing out to players as they reach juggling milestones. The ones we bought previously has 5, 10, 20, 50 on embroidered soccer ball patches. Thanks guys.
I don't which patches you are referring to, but this is what seems to be hot in my area... http://www.skillzys.com/
I think these are the patches: http://www.hurrahawards.com/soccer.html http://www.soccerpatch.net/ My question in the same vein is at what age do patches and skillzys cards become less attractive/motivational to players? Would they work with HS girls? Reminds me of Ohio State's Buckeye Leaf stickers and that works for college men. Thoughts?
I think it depends on the individual's personality rather than the age. A simple, honest compliment can be very effective. Easily won compliments are less valued. A perception of favoritism causes problems. So there is a danger in badges of approval. The approval is public and any appearance of favoritism will be unavoidably apparent and long lasting.
