Parceros, vi a Juanes en el Madison Square Garden este viernes pasado. Fue un show la puteria! Me gusto mucho poder estar en este show tan especial que marca un nueva 'milestone' en la carrera de este orgullo Colombiano. No es qualquira que vende este lugar de esta forma. Oiga, y que manada de chimbas!

Re: Juanes I had awesome seats. 2nd row sidestage and level with the stage. He played for almost 2 hours and did just about all his biggest hits from "Un Dia' and "Mi Sangre". He did one from his old band and I think one song from his debut album. He put forth a lot of energy and conviction. Just a great show all around. I got the feeling he is still a little green with such big crowds. He kept on thanking the crowd after just about every song and spoke little. He did a great on the spot call. After he came back on stage after the ole "goodnight guys" trick he did a couple of accustic tunes and than started the crowd going with a fast song. THey planned to slow it down with 'La Historia de Juan' song off of "Un Dia Normal" but he noticed how revved up the audience was and changed the line-up on the spot. Great call there. Great experience for me.
Re: Juanes Juanes was a great concert, went to see him about 1 to 2 years ago at the Mayan theater in LA. Its built as a dance club, where salsa bands come to play from New York. Great small atmosphere, he did his duet with Nelly Furtado.

juanes no esta pegao-lo que esta pegao es el reggeatton mis panas esa musica de juanes la veo como musica de montañeros,musica como de despecho ,eso solo pega con gente rara. si me hablas del reggaetton, eso llena los estadios donde sea tu sabes que la gente quiere ir es al perreo(bailar) no parasen como guevas...

Re: juanes no esta pegao-lo que esta pegao es el reggeatton mis panas lo que pasa combo, es que el regeaton o como se llame, esta apenas surgiendo, no mucha gente le para bolas, y la verdad a mi no me gusta de a mucho. Juanes en su musica expresa el folklor colombiano, ademas, todo el mundo lo ha acojido, asi que no veo de adonde sacas eso de es musica de montañeros......sin ofender, el regeaton me parece una imitacion barata del Hip-hop.
Re: Juanes I was so hoping Ms. Furtado would pop up for the song, not to be. BTW, I saw Aterciopelados in the Bronx on Sat. It was a small college concert hall so any seat was great. THey played most of their big songs and some off the new album. I had a great time.

Re: Juanes The Juanes concert last night was the sh!t. I cant beleive what a good time I had. The place rocked! I was totally down with all the Colombians there. The ones who went to the concert wearing the NT jersey was cool. I was like "Vamos Colombia, pero todavia te vamos a ganar"
