Lots of "skinny" keepers would love to be playing in Utrecht but can't because the "fat" guy is better. As a naturally thick guy myself, I get tired of people being so surprised I play pretty well in any spot besides keeper and have the best motor on my team at 35. Judge the guy on his play, not his god given body shape.

According to his Dutch Wikipedia entry he is 103 kg (227 lbs) and 196 cm (6'5"). For comparison Tom Brady is 6'4" and 225 lbs. I think we can agree Verhoeven is "fudging" his weight...

That would be closer to my guess on what he weighs. Before I got back into shape about 5 years ago, my body shape looked like that, and I was 215 pounds at the time ........ and I am 5'10". There is no way on earth this guy is only 10 pounds heavier than I was, with an extra 6 inches of height. Simply no way.

Always amazes me how big a "small" nfl player is. 6'4'' 225 is large for an average human on the street.

Neville Southall, was arguably the best keeper in the world and yet rather rotund. I kind of miss fat footballers: Mickey Quinn, Jan Molby even Matt Le Tissier had some girth and were all wonderful players.

Not sure if you guys are interested in such things, but Agudelo is now eligible to play for FCU. And he will wear #18.

Doesn't matter how big they are, they all have knees. Kick them the right way and the fight is over really fast.
