Uruguay and Chile really aren't better than us or much of a change. Other than retirement I don't see a big euro team picking him up even if we win the WC. Dude is old and to dump us for a club that will let go of him after 4-5 bad games doesn't seem likely. He learned not to go to crap teams after his failure in Mexico

Borghi lo hizo tan mal, que Sampaoli se ve muy bien, porque ademas de ganarle a un Inglaterra mixto y empatar con España en amistosos, no saco resultados inesperados, lo mas importante que ha hecho Sampaoli fue devolverle la disciplina y confianza a sus jugadores. Para mi hasta ahora con ganarle a Haiti, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, etc, solo ha cumplido, falta mucho mas de el y su equipo.
I truly believe the Federation is obligated to do everything within its power to convince Pekerman to stay for another 4 year cycle. Give him a raise, give him more power, give him free empanadas, chorizos, morsilla and arepas if need be. The guy deserves the biggest compensation for his accomplishments.
If we make a decent run in the WC, there is no way they let him go. He would be a legend in our country.

Lo que me gusto es que lo dijo claro para la gente que critica pero no entiende, Los amistosos son para ver cosas especificas no de show... Y exelente toda la preparacion pre-mundial. Como no deja nada al azar y todas las sedes son estrategicamente elegidas. Es el tecnico mas caro de sur America, pero su trabajo lo refleja.
