the plane mysteriously vanished over the Bremuda triangle. Moreno could still be out there, but we don't know.

So, if you're the Revs, don't you sort of have to have the pulse of your fans and at some point this evening send out a tweet that says, "Hey, good news - Jose Moreno arrived in Boston today?"

Either they're clueless, or he didn't show.

Shalrie picked him up at the airport and took Pepe and Flo to a bar. Pepe slipped, cut his hand on a glass and will miss 6 weeks. Shalrie went to help him , slipped and pulled a hammy and will miss 6 weeks. Flo went to help Shalrie and pulled a groin muscle and will miss 6 weeks. Film at 11......

Our long, national nightmare is over:

Turns out, the Revs were just clueless.

If the Revs had any clue what was good for them (which I'm pretty sure they don't), Lemieux would be at practice today with a video camera, showing Moreno practicing, and then interviewing him, where he can tell us how the past 51 days are behind him and he is 100% committed and ready to score many goals for the Revs.

This would make a lot of sense. I doubt we will hear anything from him.

I just noticed that Lechner and Moreno are now the 3rd and 4th oldest players on the roster, behind Reis and Shalrie. Next would be Jeremiah White and Clyde Simms.

The only player they have signed (not including drafted players) this offseason that is under the age of 25 is Cardenas.

Wait, are you suggesting they haven't started an earnest rebuilding effort?

From Jeff Lemieux via twitter: "Jose Moreno is on the training field with the #Revs this morning. Flo Lechner watching from the sidelines, awaiting one more medical test"

Let's hope the Lechner medical situation isn't anything worrying.

Kyle McCarthy even posted picture evidence that Moreno is in fact here, in the flesh. https://twitter.com/#!/kylejmccarthy/status/183206103209877507/photo/1

It's a miracle! Now score some damn goals!

If he does that on a regular basis his slate is wiped clean in my book.

The same does not go for Burns who I want GONE more now than I did last year. IF-- and it's a huge IF Burns signs two starters durning the summer window I will take him off my "terminate with extreme prejudice" list and upgrade him to my "on double, double strict probation" list. :)

Burns and Biello should permanently go on the "fire ASAP" list. There is no redemption for either of them at this point.

I'm guessing he's the one on the right, blocking out the "LU" in the Revolution sign in the background.
