This was a better game than the recent games against Pumas. We looked so much better when Lopez replaced Chapo on the wing.
the only positives to take out of this game was Raul Lopez, Vaquerito Morales, and the backline - with exception to the screw up on Pumas' goal Sabah pours his heart out there and scored the equalizer, but he had 2 great chances in the 2nd half to put the game away still though, i like how RML & Sabah link up
This. Even before today, I would have preferred to have seen Cubo get a few minutes here and there to build him back up, rather than some of the choices Galindo has made. Not even use him as a solution, just to get him some minutes. I'd love to see a scrimmage to see how he is doing, because I have absolutely no idea how mentally r physically fit he is right now.
The good Sabah giveth and the good Sabah taketh away. -Galindo #58 Gentlemen, I managed to see the second half of the match and was impressed with the youngsters. We are on the right path. We will have a good core of players that in a season or two should play with a consistency to challange for silverware.
couldn't agree more i said in last week's game thread that it's painfully obvious that Chivas is in a rebuilding/restructuring stage and it will be awhile until we have a true championship winning team as long as Vergara & the wife do not begin to get trigger happy like they tend to do, let Galindo & CO. work, and actually invest in some refuerzos to add depth & experience, then good things will come in due time
