soccer.com usually has the Japanese national team jersey. I think that you might have to wait a while before they put it in stock though.

Look further up the thread; it was revealed the other day. I've been meaning to go to the Adidas store in Shibuya to have a look for myself but the weather in Tokyo has been wretched.
At this point I hope the away uni would be decent... But I envision one with the same exact design, with white and blue inverted.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Usually the ones they used to play with have the adidas logo printed in the inside, but the ones that FC 7 has has the white tag.

i like how the new Japanese jersey included the flag, but overall, the color makes it looks slightly boring. as a Korean, i always thought Japan had better looking jerseys (a mile gap between the 06 jerseys) with 02 being the exception. but this year, i believe that Korea's WC10 jersey will top Japans. btw will Japan still keep white shorts or wear all blue?
I don't think that they will be releasing a new away jersey. According to kitbag.com the one they are using now runs through 2010. The flag is one of the things I've liked about Japan jerseys. More countries should put flags on their jerseys -- especially the well designed ones, like ROKs' with Ying-Yang surrounded by I Ching. I think the jersey itself looks good except for one huge red "wtf is that? are they bleeding from the mouth?" eyesore.

I'm pretty sure that they will release a long-sleeve version in the future. I remember that the last uni didn't have a long-sleeve version for a couple of months so I wouldn't worry.
Good to see someone with moderation, I went to the Korea forum cuz I appreciate their team, and they were bashing all the things about Japan ... Disgusting. BTW, I ordered my shirt and so my wallet is empty, now . But I expect this shirt to be linked with a lot of good memories from the WC ...
I saw the Adidas new Russia. One of the best jerseys ever. I can't believe the same company made Japan and Russia, but I know which one I will buy me for Christmas...
Obviously Russians are into Japanese rope bondage (thus making this Japan-related again ) Speaking of Adidas kits, my new hometown team Philadephia Union unveiled its shirts yesterday and they are a beauty: Classy, classy, classy! If you order it now you get it without a sponsor logo, which I think is more than worth it as I'm hard-pressed to think of any sponsor that would look good. Also if/when I get mine I'm gonna have the US flag patch removed and replaced with this:
