That's not nice. Actually, Kawaguchi likes to join the attack when his team is down. It's pretty fun to watch. Ono controlls the ball. Ono is happy.
Nakamura Goaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal Shunsuke scored from a free kick against D Zagreb for those of you who can read Japanese: http://www.nikkansports.com/news/soccer/p-sc-tp0-020816-01.html
even inamoto managed to do a "peace" sign just for the photo shot as for namakura.....yeah, i will go pro like esvee.
By the way, Nakamura scored. A goal, that is. At the 3 min mark, he hit a left footed free kick, his first touch of the match, from 25 meters out. Not sure what the score was though. https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&postid=135209
woooooooo, glad someone looked at my thread. Now I expect goals everyweek from our Japanese players, all of them!
don't think nakata will be playmaker this year. left-midfield, maybe. all depends on his form, which has been quite poor as of late.
Shunsuke Nakamura scored a goal 3 mins into his first appearance with Reggina, vs Dynamo Zagreb. It was a left footed free kick from 25 meters out, his first touch of the match. He played for 60 mins at the spot behind the two strikers and dazzled the home fans by repeatedly eluding defenders. The article doesn't say what the score was though.
Alex transfers to Charlton? When Charlton wished to gain for Alex through the agent, Shimizu announced officially. A team managing director is going to carry out transfer negotiation to Britain also over next week. Yasunaga is R.Ferrol? Seemingly, according to the local paper of Spain, Yasunaga of Yokohama FM will participate in practice of R.Ferrol of second division of Spain.
Re: Lucky Bastard... the left one may look even better without make-up. the right one looks scary to me.
Its a reliable report that the team is talking to Alex's agent. However, that doesnt necessarily mean that there will be a trade. A lot of overseas clubs express interest in Japanese players only to find out to their surprise that they are not very cheap. As soon as they find out the actual situation, the deal falls apart (or at least thats what has happened in several cases recently) A lot of European clubs assume that players from a league outside Europe dont make much money. But in Alex' case they will probably have to pay close to US$1 million to beat his current salary at S-Pulse (and that isnt even considering the transfer fee that S-Pulse will ask for). On the other hand, considering how many Japanese players have negotiated with English clubs over the past year, Charlton should be more familiar with the situation than some clubs have in the past. Alex really wants to play in Europe, and I think S-Pulse are a little bit disappointed with his performance recently. Probably both the player and club will be willing to compromise on the issue of money. At the moment I would say its about a 50:50 chance that he will go to Charlton.
And the goals keep coming. Shunsuke Nakamura scored his second goal in as many matches for Reggina, this time with his less preferred right foot.
Fulham coach Tigana thinks Inamoto hasn't been physically fit yet. He may start in the next game though.
so is alex's proposed move to charlton looking good? won't he have a bit of problem getting a work permit?
Alex will officially join Charlton Athletics on Aug 28, when he is due to receive his work permit from the Ministry of Labour. He moves on a full transfer for $3.8 million and will earn $1.2 million this season. He will wear #8, vacated when Mark Kinsella was sent to Aston Villa. I don't think he'll have a problem getting a work permit. English labor laws require players to appear in 75% of eligible national team matches, but since he has been only been eligible and I think he's appeared in most national team matches since January. He will most likely make is debut on Sept 11 vs Aston Villa and has a chance to face Junichi Inamoto when Charlton plays Fulham on October 5.
