I'm not sure how ratings work in FIFA14 but James is better than Mata in every main category yet is 2 points lower in overall. Same with Ozil. James is highly regarded. I don't think he'll surprise anyone at the World Cup.

 

There's also in game stats as well; look at Iniesta and Xavi compared to James' current IF.

His rating would go up if his position was set at CAM.

Mancini NO, Villas Boas no me disgustaria, Klopp me parece una muy buena opcion para armar un projecto y finalmente aunque no soy tan fanatico de el estilo de Capello, es el que mas rapido pondria a Monaco a ganar una Champions League y la Liga

AVB would be the best since they basically just bought his Porto team. Why not bring in the guy who actually made them play well. If AVB comes hopefully he gets Guarin at Monaco and he actually gets in good forum by the next Copa America.

Klopp would be awesome but why would he leave Dortmund? AVB and the Benfica coach are the only realistic options and only good ones
