Hey, are any of you fans in New York? I'm looking to meet up with some Israel fans and watch the remaining qualifying games when they're on. In particular, I'd love to meet up at a bar for the Greece game on March 28th. It's at 2 PM on a Saturday, so work shouldn't be a concern for most of you. Drinks and rooting for Israel in their biggest game in a long time! Let me know if you guys already know of an Israel-friendly bar. Later!
Are you sure the 8:00 start is live? Looking at what local time the game would start at 2:00 makes more sense. I live near New York City but don't go to bars to watch games.
I am in the New York area but I will be away that weekend in San Salvador, El Salvador supporting the US national team.
I will be in NYC for that day!! Where is it possible to watch the games and at which bar? I am up for meeting up anywhere to watch the match!
if it was at 8ET then it would be on tape delay obviously, since israel is 7 hours ahead of us....having it at 2 or 2:30 or something like that sounds more correct for a live broadcast because it would be 9 there and thats around when they might start the game.
The game is slated for 21:00 Israeli time, so that would be 9pm there which would be 2:00 pm here. Does anyone know of places to watch the match live?
Why go to a pub or a swarma house to see the game? Go to Israel and then Greece and check it out. im trying to do that right now!
Trust me I wish I were in Israel, when I make aliyah I wont miss a game! But for now while Im in school this is my best option!
hey, I'm absolutely down for meeting. anyone know of a good place? I might be able to get something going at the St. John's law school. See if I can get the Jewish Law Student group and the Hellenic Law Student group to both sponsor something.
Just found out .... See you there, My name is Israel, and I will be wearing a black Castro shirt (with a skull) and black jeans) SEE YOU THERE!
My friends planned it for a while and I'm sure they did their home work, also I called 12126962337 and they said that the game is on.
