Is Sacir Hot still in the lead?
That's brilliant, that is!
I assume Wenger will get the award, though his scoring has slowed down of late.
Luis Silva and Ethan Finlay are making strong late pushes and have the senior thing working for them.
I think Enzo Martinez, for putting up big numbers in both goals and assists, should get some consideration.
Darren Mattocks is putting up great numbers but I suspect the voters will have a little Akron fatigue there.
And while Ashton Bennett has the best numbers, Coastal Carolina's strength of schedule works against him.
I'm surprised there is less coverage regarding the frontrunners for the award at this point in the season. It seems as though the preseason favorites are named and then you don't hear anything again until the winner is named. As a former Gaucho, I'm definitely pulling for Silva though. It would take a strong run by the Gauchos in the postseason for him to get it though.
