    BRYAN! RUUUUUIIIIIZZZZZ!

Glad Bryan could give us ticos something to be proud of...hope this can open doors for young costa rican players to play in the Eredivisie or other solid leagues. Glad to see FC Twente win their first league title...i saw some videos of their fans in Enshede celebrating and it was pretty sick:cool:

Excellent delantero, but he has to succeed in a better league to be considered the best player IMO.

Heard the news over the weekend. Great job Ruiz.

I heard a rumor on Television during a soccer broadcast that he's linked up with Fulham? Really, to Fulham? Lame, he needs to be in a better team then Twente and Fulham. I'm thinking Atletico Madrid or Valencia.

That can't be right. They aren't a rich team, well..... actually after this whole europa final their status might have gone up a little, not to mention $$$ from all that.

With that said though, I think he'd be better off in spain.

Why not Fulham? its not a terrible club. Remember that they beat Juve this year nicely, Ruiz would only help. Also Ruiz is 24 and in two years with a mid table team he can jump to a higher team kind of like Suazo.

Yea.... but if they win the Europea league they play the European Recopa! Europa champ vs. Champ league!

Either way, I dont see fulham as a bad move, they are a team that has only gotten better and better every year. I'd LOVE to see him play with Dempsey together. They would really tie together their offense!

Ruiz has mentioned many times that he will only play in England if a top club like Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool, or Chelsea are after him (IMO he would fit perfectly with Liverpool or Man U but maybe im being biased :D)

I still think he will end up playing for Sevilla or Valencia but he might also stay with Twente if they are able to keep the same team and buy some solid players to compete in the Champions League. There's a rumor of Steve McClaren being the next Wolfsburg coach so I wouldn't be suprised if Ruiz ends up in the Bundesliga.

Like I said before, of the Spanish clubs Sevilla would be the one most desperate for a good striker. Though Ruiz has said that he wants to be on a Champions League team, so it might be dependent on whether Sevilla makes it to the CL.

Dude Fulham is a shit team idc if he they did make it to the final of the Europa League...He needs to go to a team who will be playing Champions league...he doesnt need to rot away at a small team for years then make it to a big one and fail cause he's too old...i wont remind you cause ull cry hahaha :D

Im sure both will look nice riding the bench

    ___

Sevilla, or Valencia (since they are losing Villa) or heck i would rate Villareal better than Fulham...those would all be good moves.

I imagine he spent most of the past year primarily speaking English with his coaches, teammates, local bartender, physician, etc.
