...only mildly interesting if you don't have a iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4.

For those of us with the 3G, no multitasking. So really, not much to write home about, except for folders for your apps. Whoopee.

I've also found it's slowed my phone right down, I get lag when texting and skipping when entering and exiting apps while listening to music. The e-mail is screwed as well, I keep getting phantom messages that I recieved from no-one on 1/1/1970.

    Thursday can't come soon enough

taking FOR-EVAR to download... wow... i left the room to let it work on it for a few hours only to return to find it having "to reset the connection" and thus, require me to start the process all over again... wtf?

Can't even bother with it because I'm still rocking my original iPhone from 2007.

Sounds like a good time to either upgrade to a iPhone 3GS (prices lower due to iPhone 4 intro) or switch to an Android phone. My GF got an Android phone this weekend and it's pretty nifty. She formerly had app envy of my iPhone, but now I've got multitasking envy of her Droid. :D

THIS x 1000. It was suggested to me to restore my iPhone using the latest OS and then reinstall all my apps, music, etc. I don't have that kind of time, especially when the initial update took so darn long.

I'm surprised it's this laggy and buggy. I get the lack of multitasking, but don't understand the wallpaper thing and why it's not available on a 3G.

It's a big RAM drain and 3G doesn't have enough.

It also took me for-freakin'-ever to download onto my 32G iPod Touch. I started around 10:30 PM on the first night, and it was over 600 meg. The estimate (according to iTunes) was about 3 hours. I kept my computer on overnight, then woke up around 5 AM. At that point, it was ready for the next step, which was to sync a few movies.

It looks so bad on my iPhone 3G. :(

I am taking advantage of the iBooks though.

The damn thing took me back to an early May backup for some reason, it wouldn't backup right before..

Now everything is slow and I've gotten more dropped calls seemingly..

Is it possible to go back? Or worth it?
