The Guardado-Sevilla thing isn't just a wish, it's an actual rumor, I heard it on Jorge Ramos' radio program last wednesday. It's probably only a rumor, but it's a rumor all the same.

On Jorge Ramos, they were talking about how one of "big" euro clubs are coming to Mexico to check out a Mexican player. When the guys asked him to disclose he refused and responded to them by saying "si saben quien es, "guardenlo""

    I wonder what team...

Well I'm sure he is being looked at by many big clubs, I think this might be his last season on this side of the pond if it all works out good :D

that theyre negotiations were so close to being done.. that it shouldnt matter how he acted.

i can't see chivas letting go of all three at once. i know they have a lot of youth but they need the "veteranos" to show them the ropes.

i can see it happening.. seeing how if im not wrong chivas already ask for sabah back and vela for the next tourney.. and wanted chicarito to be a starter as well.. we have alot of youth comming up and from what ive been hearing they shouldnt have any trouble replacing the ppl that left..

a qoute i like.. whas from that guy thats always arguing with jorge ramos.. i forget his name.... he said "can we say now that chivas is like boca jr, theyre are developing a lot of youth players that every one seems to be interestead in especially teams from europe, esque chivas los prepara bien i sabe como explotar sus talentos y poreso eqipos de eruopa beiene aber a las chvias.."

and whats this i head about chvias and psv have a great partner ship cause of salcido and they were comming to check on some pf our youth.. can some one tell me if this is true..

Well liverpool wants to revamp their whole lineup with youths and they have a big interest in Giovanni Dos Santos so it wouldn't suprise me if they tried to scoop up Guardado too :D

He is basically saying that he is just waiting for the right offer to jump on to a bigger club in Europe :D

What makes you say that? I think he is too small to play in England. Defenders will just push him around.

Well Guardado is pretty sturdy and has the quickness to leave those bigger defenders in the dust. Chris Albright (USA Defender that he danced all night) was 6'1 and he handled him pretty easily(Then again he does play for the MLS lol). I don't think there is any really big threats against guardado in the EPL.

True, but Owen was f*cking brilliant. And Guardado isn't exactly tearing it up in the Mexican league.

Yep. Guardado isn't exactly tearing up the Mexican league.
    He's no Chelito Delgado.
    He's no Cardozo.
    He's no Emilio Brutagueno.
    Crap, he's no Craptemoc Blanco.
The guy is pretty good, could probably go abroad, but, REALLY, no team is going crazy right now trying to hire him.
If they REALLY wanted him, he would have STAYED in Europe at the end of the world cup.
If they REALLY needed him bad, he would have been hired during the winter transfer window.
Can he go to Europe? Probably, yes, but at this point he's pretty much a no-name amidst a market full of quality Brazilians and Argies.

Of course I know who he is. He is Memo Ochoa's twin sister. And I know Mark Gonzalez has been sh!t for Liverpool this season, but he has potential and would rather have him than Andres.

No, he doesn't get injured as much.
No, he doesn't play in the same position
No, but Cuahutemoc wasn't as good as Guardado at his age
How do you know that?! I mean, is february, and still a long way from the summer transfering season and they already have offers for him.
The only reason he is not, is because he is not argie or brazilian. No offence to atlistas, but he plays in a team that is nowhere near top 7 in Mexico (not refering to their actual campain, but famewise), and HE has that team in the spot they are at right now, noone on that team has more assist than him, that is his job. He is not a striker, yet he scores and AWESOME GOALS.

    QFT.

Besides just because Guardado was not bought immediatly after the WC does not mean he attracting teams from Europe in those couple of minutes he played in the last game. He only had a window of about 90 minutes to play to really show what kind of player he was and in the end he ended up catching peoples attention in half that time.

After the US-MX debacle I watched game commentaries in both English and Spanish and announcers on both ESPN and Univision (?) were only talking about one player- Guardado. His speed, his ability to place a pass right where it needs to be, etc. He'll go to Europe this summer, don't worry...
