despite Chivas is almost garbage Chaton is approaching to a good level. honestly there is not big difference between El Negro Medina, Gallito Midget Vazquez and Chaton.
If Chaton claims and actually does well in the DM role, then I'll start having a lot more faith in our WC chances. If we start the WC with one of Vazquez/Medina, it's gonna be rough...
I don't think I have the highest understanding of how certain midfielders like Hernandez are supposed to function, but I don't rate him highly for one reason. Whenever I watch the team play, half the time it feels like we don't have a real midfield. The team is decent right now but most teams get through our midfield easily. If our defense is ranked highly right now, I'd owe that more to the Herrera/Cortes duo. Herrera (Porto) was in my view the only very good midfielder we've had since Caballero (who retired more than 3 years ago).

IMO there is a big difference, Chaton is good the others are shit, toss Montes in der too as a shit player.

i haven't been watching Pachuca game, but how is Damm doing? remember always hearing great things about him. he even had a tryout with either ManU or ManCity not too long ago?
he's doing a good job, IMO currently he's a decent young player and i'm not sure if he's ready for the NT, i think would be better if he waits until next cycle.
Carlitos Fierro has had an acceptable performance according to his age (19). Him and Ponchito Gonzalez will be interesting players in the next 4 years but need to develop more skills.

Really I though brizuela was playing in a midfield role when he played for Mexico and fierro is a RF no?
