Eduardo plays for our youth team in EC play-offs and Sokota will watch the match from a bed, he was seriously injured in a CL match, Rangers - Porto.

    Best.....avatar....ever. ;)

I wonder if Pletikosa will regain the no1 jersey after going back to Split. Hmmmm. But with the current form of Hadjuk, maybe Butina will hold onto it for the time being...

    I hope Croatia wins, honestly.

    Never liked Portugal.

    I do like Figo, though.

I'm hoping for Didulica to take over. Pletikosa is a bit slow.

The problem is that kranjcar seems to be set on on Butina as his WC keeper, and I have zero confidence in him.

    Yeah, me too.

Didulica has been on good form recently. I think the NT has struggled for consistency in between the sticks since Ladic hung up his gloves. :(

wow no one else posted about the game.

Portugal won 2-0, and in fairness the game should have ended 2-1 portugal instread of 2-0 since croatia hit the post.

but this was basically portugals b team playing, missing many of our starters.

and croatia was without klasnic so yah.

Well im brining this thread up since i heard croatia will play against iran in a friendly and im eager to see how they do since we beat croatia 2-0 and i wanna gauage how good iran is.

I know there jsut friendlies but you know, jsut to get a sense of the level of iran

BTW good luck to croatia in the world cup, i hope you do well, i remember cheering for you guys in 1998:cool:

ha ha so you wanted to brag a little :) well, are players havent been motivated for that game since we ended first in the group and players needed some rest wile portugal second squad had motivation becouse they played with their 2nd squad.
If you really want to see our strenght watch game vs argentina where we were motivated but missing two starting lineup defenders and still won :)
