Hi, I have done a new mini-series "International Annual Best Player". It is a proposal list of best player of the year in each nation zone. I try to investigate level of player base on historical awards, rating and statistics. As usual, I separate rating of players into three competition levels comprises Domestic club, International club and National Team prior to combine all points to make total rating. But still, this work has been done by a few weeks and I really have no time to explain a reason of rating in all years.
