    Haha....Poor bitter Napoli fan.

What, you think Napoli is going to contend for the scudetto now? :D

    united 1-0 roma

roma just misses that extra something in europe. they played equal to united, but haven't got the goal. poor finishing.

That Esposito chance should have been a goal.

They did have some chances but just couldn't put it in, the Esposito chance should've been put away.

Didn't watch Lyon, did it finish 3-0?

Edit: Yup final score, and Inter won with Chivu s/o and according to british tv someone else after the final whistle.

I love the title of this thread, although I dont think of INTER as Milan´s Internazzionalle, but as Porto Alegre´s Internacional.

Lazio got a good result against Real thanks to two goals from Goran Pandev.

I've always admired Goran Pandev and think he is hugely underrated. The guy scores beautiful goals and has excellent technique. I wouldn't mind seeing him in a Milan jersey...

Err...he's a good scratch for Lazio and plays hard but lets not exaggerate.

He's a very good player. He has superb technique and skill. The only thing he could work on his releasing the ball a little earlier.

wow, zampagna just clanged a (rather dubious) penalty against the crossbar. still 0-0, udinese escapes.

agreed, it was. hopefully lavezzi and hamsik can give us some excitement, while maintaining their stingy defensive record.

fsc keeps having these damn technical issues just like last match. just after lavezzi had made a nice run, though. need to see some more of that.

right now, ibrahimovic is just sick. :(

1-0 inter for cruz from an assist from ibra.

edit: crap, this isn't looking promising. 2-0 to inter, cruz with the brace.

Does anybody remember how many points we were behind Inter last year after 7 matches? Because if we don't take all three points off of Lazio tomorrow we will be 9 or 10 points adrift of Inter. Which will be quite embarrassing if we are further back this year without a points penalty.

this was straight from memory for the record...with a little help from soccernet :p

through seven games they had 15 points last year (they are doing better this year than last in both serie a and the cl through this time last year :().

we had 12 minus 8, so we had 4 points. hence we were 11 points behind after 7 games, if we lose we would be ten back. awful.

this really sucks indeed, as they are looking like they are finding form, and when suazo gets acclimated and materazzi back, they will leave us in the dust i fear.

edit: 2-1 sosa scores. come on napoli, get a point.
2-1 ft. oh well, nice fight back by napoli.
