http://www.elpasotimes.com/ci_19600496?source=most_viewed http://www.proceso.com.mx/?p=292890 Wow, just a few years ago Indios were flying high in the liguilla and now this... A sad day for their fans in Juarez and El Paso.
So I guess this means the Cartel de Juárez isn't run by soccer fans? Someone should have made them a formal proposal to purchase the team. Seriously though, sad news. Times are hard everywhere I suppose.
They need to adopt Bundesliga type controls in Primera de Ascenso, this is like the 4th team that gets busted for not paying players in D2.
FMF state of mind has a cool discussion on ciduad juarez. http://www.fmfstateofmind.com/2012/...ew-juarez-indios-this-love-is-not-for-cowards
i miss this ********in team i still dont get why indios fue desafiliado, but with puebla la FMF los apoyo?
Losing a team in primera in the middle of the season would be embarrassing for the FMF; 1A not so much, a few other teams have gone the same way in the past few years, even my Veracruz had to buy another team after the franchise failed last summer.
Wow what a shame. Having made the treck over from EP twice to watch a game when they were in the primera, have to say that I am really bummed out that I was unable to make it back again.
