I peeled off Scotty's post from the old thread to start the new MB thread. The title is per consensus developed some time ago.
Don't want to campaign too hard, some didn't like the 80's music reference in the Dempsey thread ... Of course I think this one is better.
“More than any other time in history, mankind faces a crossroads. One path leads to despair and utter hopelessness. The other, to total extinction. Let us pray we have the wisdom to choose correctly.” ― Woody Allen
Woody Allen Quotes time? AWW YEAH There's an old joke: uh, two elderly women are at a Catskills mountain resort, and one of 'em says, "Boy, the food at this place is really terrible." The other one says, "Yeah, I know, and such small portions." Well, that's essentially how I feel about life. Full of loneliness and misery and suffering and unhappiness, and it's all over much too quickly.
Years ago, in a little building on a shoulder of Mt. Washington, NH, high on the approach to Tuckerman's Ravine, there was a little shack euphemistically referred to as "Howard Johnson's." Spring skiers headed toward Tuckerman's would rest there, waiting for the snow to stop, the rain to stop, the fog to lift or just to have a cup of hot chocolate. Posted on the wall near the entrance was the following: One day as I sat, Sad and lonely without a friend, A voice came to me out of the gloom, saying "Cheer up. Things could be worse." So, I cheered up and sure enough, Things got worse. Go USA

Then he collapsed."
Question for anyone who watched the game-- did Mikey really "collapse" after the error, or just have one screw up and then go back to playing well? It seems very out of character for him to loose his mental balance that way.
This description from the Verona newspaper L'Arena would seem to confirm that: http://www.larena.it/stories/Sport/347167_troppi_regali_vero_chievo/?refresh_ce
He may need some substance to provide friction on that thing. I suggest a new brand of adidas head gear that provides a platform of specifically calibrated friction sort of like the predator cleats.
April 1: Fiorentina 1 - 2 Chievo Verona Bradley appears to have played the full 90 in the win... no ratings for this one?
