come on man, we're so narrow and don't have enough talent and width to be on the top. i also think that we could've beaten chelshit but w/o bale, dembelle, bae, and ade, demps and walker not in form today and horrendous gallas errors it wasn't going to happen. but i believe we can be top 4 team this year still.

Well the problem is we're always likely to be missing a couple of key players from injuries/suspensions, the issue is the dropdown to their replacement is far steeper than it is for the top 3 teams. Don't have the funds atm to have the bench full of multi-million pound players to win the title. Saying that, we've got enough quality to just about be in single digits from the top.

i agree with depth but i believe that we can do it based on our performance yesterday. we def need to splash some major cash in Dec though. We need that CM bad and we could use another CAM.
In FIFA 13 I bought Moutinho and Honda and they are doing quite well for me :p

Chelski are the one team in the league where it feels justifiable to see them get shafted by a ref. However Clattenburg is a total disgrace, always pulling in shite like this, should not be reffing in the Prem any more.

I wonder if he will try signing Friedel and Gallas. Guess he will surely go for Dawson again.

Now that Harry's signed with QPR, he must do all of his interviews out of an F1 car.

Nelsen's already there, right? Plus Pienaar, Bassong, anyone that's played well against us.

Was amazing how poor Chelski were in the 2nd half against West Ham, just totally dominated by Diame and Cole. They will struggle to even get 6th at this rate.

Arsenal outclassed by Swansea, lost 0-2 and could have been 4 or 5.

West Brom also lost again at home.

Only result that didn't go perfect was Everton drawing at City, although seeing as Everton normally win there, even in the oil money era, that was not the worst result either.

A few weeks ago I met an expat Chelsea fan- actually a decent fellow despite indications to the contrary, viz. obvious lapse in judgement- who admonished me for being unpatriotic for cheering against Chelsea in the CL final against Bayern. Despite the circumstances. ALL the circumstances. Now, in the interest of full disclosure, my ancestry is... well... lots of countries in just a few decades, a few years here, a few there. No more time in the UK (and 2 different countries there) than anywhere else, really. So maybe I'm not stringing up the union jack outside the house or pledging my allegiance to the Queen. Even so, I guess it would be bad form to laugh at City getting bounced out of Europe entirely.

Can one of you do that for me, perhaps?

what the hell does chelsea have to do with patriotism, wherever you're from? any spurs fan pulling for chelsea in the CL final needs to look long and hard in the mirror ... whether we'd finished 4th or not.

and no, it's not bad form to laugh at city going out of europe. hell, it's bad form not to.

Even if you were born in England, there is little patriotic reason to want Chelski or any other team than your own to progress, and believe me there was fvck all support for us progressing when we were in the CL. And that is before getting into last season.

Hopefully Goons draw Barca in the next round, need them out as quickly as possible.

A lot of L'Arse fans believing in their team again after they've trounced the mighty Reading....as long as they keep on papering over the cracks while the House of L'Arse falls down, I don't care.
