how are Paraguay, Ecuador and Colombian leagues better than Uruguay's league? I don't get why Paraguay is so high either.

HOw is Stoke CIty 20th best team in the world, aren't they a regulation zone EPL team?

Stoke won the League Cup and didn't do that bad on league, and they got past the groups stage in the UEFA Europa League.

    For Ecuador, one word, Liga.

Colombia had at least one team on the quarter finals of both competitions plus in the qualifying round of the Libertadores Tolima defeated Corinthians.

Paraguay could get 3 teams in the groups stage of Libertadores, 2 of them finished first on their groups and both made it to the quarter finals and one made it to the semi-final. In the Sudamericana they had all the 3 teams for the second round and two of them made it through to the round of 16 and one made it to the quarter finals.

Uruguay being so low I guess it has to do with Peñarol being the only one doing anything significant, that and they lost two of their groups stage matches, the rest not so much, Nacional didn't get past the groups stage in the Libertadores and Liverpool couldn't even get in, Fenix and Bella Vista couldn't make it past the first round of the Sudamericana and Nacional got defeated in the second round(They didn't play the first round).

As a whole, the Uruguayan league probably isn't that good, it's a small country, I imagine most of the teams being really bad.
