I haven't tried any of the drinks you named here. The only decent soda here is Coca-Cola and Fanta. Never heard of Spezi or Mezzo-Mix.

 

So which one is Mezzo mix and which one is Spezi? I thought Spezi was Fanta and Coke and if it's not my whole life is a lie to me.

 

well technically both are a mix out of coke and orange lemonade, it is just that Mezzo Mix was the answer by the Coca Cola after the original Spezi was introduced 1972 in bavaria and thus more widely known and available.

 

Mezzo-Mix is from Coca-Cola company whereas Spezi has two meanings. First it's a word which describes all beverages which mix either cola and orange juice or cola and orange soda and second it's still an independent brand:



Spezi tastes better because they use real orange juice whereas Mezzo-Mix is coke+orange soda.

 

Shit my whole life is a lie. I would mix Fanta and Coke and scream "OMA SCHAU MAL ICH MACHE MIR JETZT SPEZI!!!"

Vitamalz is my other shit. I still drink that too bad they don't have it here but I'd probably get fat from drinking it

 

it is fine as Bazi said, if you order a spezi in certain parts (Switzerland) they will get you a beer. And the brewery that produces and distributes the original Spezi registered in 50s or 60s the name/trademark initially for a beer anyway

Clean up your diet, cut dairy. No reason you should throw up from protein.

Eat organic food, don't drink caffeine, sugary drinks, or artificial sweetener, etc. Don't use shady supplements.

Maybe you just have a stomach bug.

 

Fanta and cola may not be as "healthy" for you as a protein shake, but at least we don't spend the day surrounded by a cloud of stank air and smelling like the inside of a sphincter.
