I really wana be good in playing soccer and the probleam is that i dont know what to do and how to train my self so can any one help me : and nearlly 2 years past i was really fast and i was the fastest player in school and now im cinda the slowest and now my staimna is to little to and i dont know what to do
Well for the stamina it's fairly obvious: Run,do sprints,play a lot of pick up games...get fit. For the technical aspect: If you're practicing alone,go outside,find a wall and hit the ball off it.Practice different types of passes,shots(inside of the foot,outside of the foot)volleys etc... You can blast the ball off the wall and try to control it as well as you can. Another good practice if you're alone is juggling,it helps improve your touch,feel for the ball and technique. Ofcourse the best practice is actually playing soccer,play a lot of pick up games,tryout for your high school team,just try to play as much as you can.
