YEAH! I saw that shit to, it was as he was primping up for the cameras.

Really I have no sympathy for him whatsoever. His bravado and bluster really make me sick - he's a great defender, though I think Carvalho is just as good, but his "Mr. Chelsea" just makes me sick.

These are priceless.....John Fairy got exactly what he deserved.....I'm sick of people saying how "tough" he is.....He's just a drama queen that over-reacts when he's hurt.....

That twat actually stepped up to take a kick that was inches from taking away our title. Can you just imagine the feeling if that went in?

I feel nothing for him, let him have it.

Twix gave me some linkage to the software to do that kind of stuff a while ago but I never got around to trying it out. Maybe over the weekend if it's not all got too old by then.

Oi! Who the hell is this lad???

    Link?

    LOL!

I think we need to see a Joe Cole gif as a reaction to Terry's miss.

Also Terry's face shopped onto the hillarious 1 dude chasing another gif would be nice too. DS you know the one I'm talking about.

The Barnes' timesonline article is utter shit. The author is clearly full of himself.

How can anyone who writes this...

"Sooner or later you must find yourself standing before the world exactly as you are. The processes of life will strip you of your pretensions and your conceit and leave you with all the awkward bits you hoped no one would notice. You are forced to stand naked, bereft of self-image, without the support of a personal mythology. The world sees us for what we are and for just about everyone that is a good deal less than we had hoped.... There's many a slip twixt cup and lip and many a slip twixt boot and grass, as John Terry has to accept. I am no great lover of the penalty shoot-out, but if you have sufficient cruelty in your make-up - in other words, if you are an average human being - you cannot fail to find a hideous but fascinating revelation of character every time football stops being football and starts being Russian roulette."

in a football article go on to accuse others of vanity?

Yeah, he's got a vocab and he can string words together but he's a prick. Its one thing for a fan on a message board to make fun of a rival team's player. Its another thing altogether for a journalist to write an article that is completely classless and subjective drawing all kinds of stupid assumptions.

How in fcuk's name is the stutter step of a player who always uses it and who missed his last pk a sign of vanity? Then the rubbish about Linaker missing out on Bobby's record because of a vain chip? What about all the other chances to score during his career? Did they not count?

Amazing the confidence he can summon to write such a crock of shit. Too bad we don't have a media critic with Van der Saar's reach to palm this round the post so I'd never have to risk coming across shit like this online ever again.
